A huge thank you to everyone who voted for us in the Essex Mum Awards, we have just received news that we were runners up in the Best Sports Club category. This is a huge achievement and a credit to all those involved in making this Club so successful!

Well done to all our girls that competed in Essex level 7 this morning. A special mention to Mia who came 2nd overall, 3rd on bars and vault, 2nd on floor and 5th on beam. Madi with 6th on vault. Jessica with 4th on floor and beam and 6th overall. Nicola with 6th on floor and 4th on vault. Teigan with 6th on beam and Lily-may with 5th on vault and 6th on bars. Super proud of you all!

A massive, massive, massive thank you to all those who gave up their free time today to help clean out the pit. It was a mammoth job but made easier by the number of hands.  Job done for at least six months!

A massive congratulations to Ian who made it in his London to Southend bike ride. Also a huge congrats to both Syd and Jay who both passed their WA level 1 exams today!

A huge congrats to our Floor and Vault teams today. Our level 1’s placed 4th overall and level 3’s 3rd overall. Excellent results girls!
